Our Main Objective
We are incorporated as a Non Profit Company at the Companies -and-Intellectual-Property-Commissioner and we are registed with the Department of Social Development as a NPO. Our aim is to operate the company on sound business principles in order to maximise profits. These profits will not be distributed to shareholders, as a NPC don’t have shareholders, but only directors who must adhere to the rules of the registered Memorandum of Incorporation. SARS has also granted us approval to issue a section 18A certificate, so that donors can deduct their donation as taxable deduction.
Our Invitation
We invite all institutions and organisation in the Garden Route that are caring for the elderly, sick, frail, physically or mentally disabled and challenged, to register on our database for donations or support. We are in a process to obtain a list of charitable organisation that serves our community and whom we can support and assist.
